The California Legislature has declared that California is facing a severe housing crisis. As of 2020-2021, new laws are now in effect that have eased restrictions and hurdles and State and County Legislation now actively promote ADU development. Increasingly ADUs are providing a valuable and accessible form of housing, while providing an additional income stream for current homeowners, landlords, and investors.

The Home Gallery is proud to present a curated collection of ADUs from a variety of selected home brands. Providing a diverse catalog of architectural styles to seamlessly blend with your main residence and meet the standards of your neighborhood.
