Where are you originally from, and what drew you to Southern California real estate?

Ron is a Southern California native, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He’s always been drawn to real estate, even as a child. By age 12, Ron was searching for beautiful listings in coastal cities instead of playing games online.

Can you share any noteworthy experiences or career achievements related to real estate, new construction, or home sales?

Ron started working in construction during college summers, gaining hands-on experience in framing, electrical work, painting, and demolition. Over the last nine years, he has managed hundreds of projects as a construction project manager, including homes valued at up to $20 million. He is certified in the IRC and experienced in all aspects of construction management, from plans to permitting.

What do you enjoy most about helping clients find or build their ideal home?

Ron loves bringing people’s visions to life. For him, the home is central to family life and where lifelong memories are made. His goal is to ensure every family’s investment is exactly what they envision.
