The Home Gallery was recently featured on ABC7 Los Angeles following the delivery of the first home into the City of Malibu since the Palisades Fire.
This marks the first home being delivered and nearing completion in Malibu since the recent fires. The homeowner, who is over 90 years old, chose The Home Gallery due to the speed of delivery, allowing him to return to his property sooner while his permanent home is being rebuilt.
The segment highlights how manufactured homes are built in a controlled factory environment, enabling faster construction timelines, with this home expected to be completed within the next few weeks.
